All orders are shipped out of our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on a business day will be sent out the same day. Orders placed on any weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

For devices, during peak periods or when order volume is higher than usual, processing may take up to 3 business days.
